Concept of Communication tool
Tools are used in exchanging information around the world through Facebook, Messanger, WeChat, and Twitter. It facilitates communication between learners and teachers, between learners and learners, learners and teachers beyond the classroom.
Examples: e-mail, chat/blog, social networks, bulletin boards, teleconferencing, video conferencing, mobile phones, digital camera, wikis.
There are two types of communication tool;

1. Synchronous Communication Tool
A tool that is used to communicate between two or more than two users via computer. This kind of software or live chat software allows website providers to interact directly with visitors on their websites or applications, through some combination of chat/instant messaging and survey forms. For example, video conferencing, telephone calls and etc...for the producers to contact consumers to buy the goods if it is about the business.

2. Asynchronous Communication Tool:
A communication tool helps to exchange conversation between the two users at any time. Asynchronous communications also include computer-based exchanges of messages. The participants need not be available or online at the same time but can read and respond as their schedules permit.

How to integrate communication tool?
We can create online discussion forums such as Google Classroom, Simulations, and Blog for academic purposes. In that way, both teacher and learners develop different kinds of skills that benefit in their life in the process of doing academic purposes.
Skills such as problem-solving or manipulative skills, collaborative skills or skills to work in a team which further extends their knowledge about communication tool. Children will be also able to develop communication skills through online conferences like web conference, responding to google classroom, blogs, chat, facebook, and vile. For this, we can use online video conferencing, Google classroom, simulation for fun games to acquire different kinds of knowledge
